1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Basirah ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms comply with the Electronic Transactions Law and E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

2. Service Description

Basirah provides tender intelligence, advanced search capabilities, and AI-driven proposal generation tools. We are an independent platform and not affiliated with the official Etimad government portal.

3. Subscription & Credits

  • Subscriptions: Billed annually or monthly as per the selected plan.
  • Credits: "Credits" are a virtual currency used to access AI features. They are non-transferable.
  • Validity: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account is active, unless otherwise stated during a promotional period.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Geidea in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

  • VAT: All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT of 15% will be applied at checkout in accordance with GAZT regulations.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services (instant access to data and AI tools), all sales are final and non-refundable once the service/credits have been used. Exceptions are made only in cases of technical failure where the service could not be delivered, subject to verification.

5. User Obligations

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Share your account credentials.
  • Attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Use the data to compete directly with Basirah or resell the data to third parties.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

The platform provides analysis based on public data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of government tenders or the success of any proposal generated by our AI. Basirah is not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or missed deadlines.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
